In accordance with what the Programmer's Wiki is and Bitfreedom's suggestions:

• Policy should be more precisely defined for Requested topics.
• We need a better way to navigate the glossary terms than by flat-file. That's asking for a nightmare when one of the duplicates gets a bug and we can't figure out which one it is. All the duplicates would ideally run on the same self-propagating code but I can't figure out how. For some reason the redirection stops at only the second redirect in a chain (I think it waited longer before).
• We need more glossary contents, and guidelines for glossaries.
